These Terms govern your use of the website at teravanesian.com (the "Site") and any programmes, events, content or services I offer through it ("Services"). By using the Site or booking any Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.
If you sign up for a coaching programme, a separate Coaching Agreement also applies. Where the two conflict, the Coaching Agreement wins for that programme.

The Site is provided for general information and to let you book Services. Content on the Site is for general guidance only, is not professional advice, and you should not act on it without further enquiry. I may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Site at any time, without notice.
Bookings made through the Site or via my booking links are subject to these Terms and to the Coaching Agreement for the specific programme. Fees are stated at the point of booking. Payment is made by Stripe (card), bank transfer, standing order, PayPal, or any other method I confirm in writing.
Where you are a consumer, you have 14 days from booking to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you ask delivery to start within those 14 days, your right to cancel ends when delivery begins. To cancel, email pa@teravanesian.com before delivery begins.

All content on the Site (text, images, video, audio, frameworks, branding) is owned by me or my licensors. You may view and download content for your personal, non-commercial use only. All other rights are reserved.
If you send me a testimonial, review, photo, video or comment for marketing purposes, you grant me a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use it on my website, social channels and marketing materials. You can withdraw this by emailing pa@teravanesian.com and I will remove it within a reasonable period.
Anything you read on this Site or hear in a Service is not therapy, counselling, psychiatric care, medical advice, legal advice or financial advice. I am not a doctor, therapist, lawyer or regulated financial adviser. You are responsible for your own decisions and well-being. If you are in crisis, contact your GP, NHS 111, the Samaritans (116 123) or A&E.
The Site and my Services may link to or use third-party platforms (for example Zoom for sessions, Stripe for payment, Calendly for scheduling, Skool or a portal for content). I am not responsible for those platforms' content, performance or terms. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Nothing in these Terms limits my liability for death or personal injury caused by my negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited under English law.
Subject to that, the Site and any free content are provided "as is" with no warranties of any kind. I am not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity or loss of business arising out of your use of the Site. For paid Services, my liability is capped at the fees you paid me for that Service in the 12 months before the claim arose.

I may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always on the Site, dated. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the new version.
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any non-waivable rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
